How does delivery work?

Meals are hand-delivered throughout the Denver area in glass jars.

How does the jar deposit work?

Customers who choose the reusable packaging option pay a refundable $10 deposit. Once jars are returned during a future delivery or pickup, the deposit is returned.

Are meals gluten-free and vegan?

Yes! All meals are gluten free and dairy free.

How long do meals last?

Meals are good in the freezer up to 6 months

Can I get this as a gift for someone?

Yes! Clean Slate meal packages can be sent as a thoughtful gift for new parents, postpartum recovery, illness support, or busy seasons of life.

Hi I'm Tess and I've been gluten- and dairy-free for over 15 years, and food has always been how I connect with people and cultures. What started as cooking nourishing meals for friends after they had babies grew into Clean Slate. I believe the postpartum window deserves real, intentional nourishment with no shortcuts. That's why every meal is made from scratch, packed in glass jars to reduce waste, and inspired by food traditions from around the world that have supported new mothers for centuries.
